As your WEG administration, we see it as our duty to get involved in your affairs. However, we are only interested in saving you effort, keeping your property in good condition and making everyday life in the community of owners as harmonious as possible.

We take care of all the details related to your community property and know your property like the back of our hand. We have an overview of all your contracts, service providers and documents. Your individual interests are always of the utmost importance to us.

We have this to offer you:

  • We manage and archive all your correspondence and all necessary administrative documents. This means that all important documents are available at short notice at any time.
  • We support you in drawing up house and usage regulations for your property and then ensure that they are observed.
  • We organize, lead and record your owners' meetings.
  • We represent your business and legal interests. If necessary, we will also engage a lawyer on your behalf.
  • We manage your accounts, keep your books, check your invoices and collect and manage all your receipts.
  • As a condominium administration, we advise you on all contracts to be concluded, be it with energy suppliers, caretakers, consumption recorders or insurance companies. We make recommendations to your community of owners, obtain offers and then process all contracts.

This gives you the security that there will be no wrangling over competences between the retiring administrator and us as your new condominium administrator. In order to get an idea of ​​the condition of the property at the time of the management takeover, we also inspect your property personally.
