  • Should it ever become necessary, we will of course also take care of payment reminders, warnings and cancellations; possibly also with the help of a lawyer.
  • We regularly review the existing options for rent increases and advise you on this. Of course, we also enforce the rent increase safely and legally with your tenant.
  • For urgent and time-critical repairs, we are happy to provide you with tried-and-tested and reliable craftsmen. We regularly check the market prices and negotiate the best conditions for you with all of our service providers. If you prefer a specific craft business, we will of course commission this.
  • We inspect your property and then submit proposals for necessary repairs and maintenance or possible modernization.
