AXIUM Immobilienmanagement GmbH was founded in 2007. The object of the company is the commercial and technical management of real estate portfolios of third parties. There is no upper or lower limit to the size of the managed real estate portfolio. Our customers include both local private individuals and institutional investors as well as foreign investors who entrust their real estate assets to our trusty hands. Our team looks back on extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate industry from over 20 years.

With the AXIUM management and investment company mbH, the shareholders Ronny Golle and Steffen Adebahr founded a company in 2014 that participates in various projects, invests capital and assumes personal liability by managing the business.
